Lester Enoch
Lester Enoch has been a champion for diversity and advocate for social change for more than 30 years.
He is the founder of Diversity Spotlight, and former president of Enoch Enterprises, Inc. – a consulting and HR outsourcing corporation located in Bowie, Maryland. As a certified entrepreneur, many of his efforts were rooted in philanthropy which have helped aide organizations and individuals here in the United States, India, and in Africa.

In 2006, Diversity Spotlight was created with a simple goal to promote "diversity of thought" within the military community. Today, Lester leverages his network in order to reach a much broader audience.
In 2021, Lester retired from the federal workforce after serving as a senior diversity consultant for the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington, D.C. Prior to this calling, Lester served in the United States Air Force and retired in 2007 after serving more than 22 years. During his distinguished career, he served as presidential security for two former U.S. presidents', Recruiting Superintendent responsible for remote recruiting activities throughout the United States, Germany and the Far East, and finally, Executive Officer Superintendent responsible for administrative functions within a national recruiting program. He managed time sensitive task from outside organizations and Members of Congress, and analyzed national recruiting production prior to providing data to military leadership and the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Lester has served on several outreach committees and advisory boards committed to diversity, community development, and education. He also served two terms as president of the Northampton Community Association on Long Island and was named to the board of directors for the non-profit organization - Real Life Experiences located in Gambrills, Maryland.​
Diversity is profoundly personal to Lester, and his interest in cultural differences all stem from his own experience of being placed in the New York City foster care system. Lester is a Bronx, New York native and currently works to educate, and promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce.

Lester has a Master of Arts degree in Business and Policy Studies, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from (SUNY) Empire State College in New York, and an Associate degree in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force. He was the first recipient of the New York Air National Guard - Excellence in Diversity Award, and received national recognition as Outstanding Airman of the Year. Additionally, he received the State University of New York Chancellors Award for Excellence and was nominated for the New York State Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Humanitarian Award. In 2008, Lester was inducted into the Empire State College alumni gallery for distinguished graduates.
